Pilot programs
Run a ShadowIQ pilot
ShadowIQ runs structured pilot programs with organisations that carry duty of care for people travelling or operating away from home. A pilot lets you prove the workflow on real trips — with low-PII defaults and evidence you can show stakeholders — before committing to a rollout.
Not an organisation? Early access is open to everyone via Request Early Access.
Who pilots are for
Duty of care is the common thread, not a single industry. If your people travel and someone is accountable for their safety, a pilot can fit.
Schools & universities
Tours, exchanges, study abroad, and field trips.
Sport clubs & federations
Squads, tournaments, and touring teams.
NGOs & field teams
Staff and volunteers deployed away from base.
Corporate & workforce travel
Business travel and mobile/remote workforces.
Faith, community & touring groups
Group trips where one team carries responsibility.
Government & research
Programs and expeditions with reporting obligations.
What a pilot looks like
A pilot is a managed, time-boxed engagement — not a self-service signup.
- 1
Scoping
We agree the programs, destinations, and what good looks like — usually a fixed pilot window.
- 2
Setup
Your workspace is configured: group trips, responsible contacts, and escalation, low-PII by default.
- 3
Live monitoring
Event-aware monitoring runs against your trips, with admin-first alert triage.
- 4
Review & evidence
Destination briefs, digests, and a duty-of-care evidence timeline you can hand to stakeholders.
- 5
Outcome
A board-safe summary of what happened, what was actioned, and whether to continue.
What you get
- Pilot workspace and admin dashboards
- Low-PII group trip monitoring (named records are opt-in only)
- Event-aware alerts with admin-first triage
- Destination briefs and scheduled digests
- Duty-of-care evidence timeline
- Board-safe managed-delivery summary export
Low-PII by default
Pilots monitor a trip, tour, team, or program at group level — destination, dates, itinerary, group size, responsible staff contacts, and escalation — rather than requiring individual student or athlete records. Named records are an explicit opt-in. See our trust & privacy page for data handling, AI use, subprocessors, and retention.
